Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
When your order goes out
Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in California, usually within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays go out on the next business day.
How long delivery takes
Once dispatched, typical transit times are:
- United States — 3–7 business days
- Canada — 7–14 business days
- Rest of world — 10–21 business days
These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Customs processing can add time on international orders and is outside our control.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking number when it ships. If tracking hasn't updated for several days, email us — that's usually worth a look.
Duties and taxes on international orders
Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. They are not included in the price you pay us, and we can't estimate them in advance.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch, but not after.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email keith@sonicmens.com with your order number. If it's genuinely lost in transit, we refund or replace it in full — see our Refund Policy.
